CHECK ENGINE CODES PO440 AND PO446

KEEP GETTING THESE CODES WHAT IS CAUSING THIS NEED SOME ADVICE

P0440 = Evaporative emission control system small leak, negative pressure.
P0446 = Evaporative emission system vent control valve circuit.
Above is as per Haynes Manual for 2000 & 2001 Nissan Maximas. I've never had to deal with these codes so can't help you further. I hope this helps somewhat to narrow down the possible problem(s).
