Default Exhaust Manifold Leak

1989 Maxima. I'm getting an exhaust leak from the rear of the engine, mechanic says there is a bolt missing. Does this mean a cracked manifold? Or would it possibly be fixed if I replaced the bolt?

Quite possibly no; bolt gone and seal bad. The pain is getting the old one out. While there, replace all into hi strenght bolts. If u find stealership doing this for fixed price (?) go for it. Depending on multipla variables, my approach could be taking engine off and doing all long term maintenance... then keep the car for next 4yrs. Replacement can be done if engine on/lowered - PITA. Minimum short term fix is (?) for just that one bolt.
