high pitch squeel

high pitch squeel
whenever i start my maxima, i experience a high pitch squeel that seems to fluctuate with accelerating and deaccelerating. However, the squeel always goes away after about 20 seconds. Any suggestions?? I recently had my belts replaced (if that might have something to do with it..)
