maxima wheel balance

Default maxima wheel balance
I have set of goodyear tires that local goodyear dealers can't seem to balance.
I was told that only a nissan dealer can balance tires on maxima.
If this is true what type of balance do I need?

they are full of **** .... if they can't get them to balance then they are doing something wrong.... or you havea messed up rim / tire.
