hey guys. I've run into something and haven't found reference to it in the posts. 93 Pathfinder, 4cyl, ?30 engine. Starts and idles smoothly. Very sluggish when blipping the throttle. When driving it, there is very little power. Will start to run rough, let off accelerator a bit and will smooth out. Takes about 2 blocks to hit 30 mph. managed to get it up to about 50 on blacktop. took about 1 mile to get up to speed. I haven't purchased a fuel pressure gauge yet, but with hose off the fuel rail, you cannot keep it blocked w/your thumb when the key is turned on. Seems to have a sufficient pressure. (guessing!) Fuel filter has been changed. egr was changed and throttle position sensor (attached to butterfly shaft upstream of intake manifold) was replaced. If this was a older car, I'd say there was no vacuum advance.
