99 pathfinder OBD 2 - freeze frame info?

99 pathfinder OBD 2 - freeze frame info?
Hey does anyone know after hooking up an OBD 2 code reader what it means when looking at the Freeze Frame area when it says:
Fuel Sys 1 - OL, not ready, CL
Fuel Sys 2 - OL, not ready, CL
MAP 29, 2
Then in the I/M status area, most of the items display a result of "inc"..I presume incomplete. I have a uiftech U580 code reader CAN OBDII.....I guess I can't run this one when the engine is on?
