Hi Group, we're stranded here in Lower Alabama w/ the alternator belt shr-edded. Caught it right away so all that bedevils us is the replacement. Our
old friend and mechanic is incapacitated. So we must haul our old bones
out and be running by noon or ASAP!! We watched it being done recently and are sure we can do it, but we are having trouble finding pictures of the
job step by step,if such do exist. If not we will just have to muddle thru it
as we are anxious to buy more "motion lotion":-).
Enough wasting your time, It's a '92 pathfinder se V6 fwd, 5 spd. Rear or alternator belt is broken, and sizing up the job tells us we have to remove the front 2 belts, replace the alt. belt, etc. locating the lock bolts and adjusters stopped us today. Any help would be appreciated. larod2

 

you got tools over there? I'm not sure if there are some shop there to get your car fix.
