Can Anyone tell me what these wires are for? They are hanging from under the left side of dash.

Went to look at fuses after Quest battery died and went into crawl mode. Not charging, Not sure if these wires had anything to do with it checking all fuse links and grounds.

 

I found out what it is
A hidden GPS tracker. Dealers install these to track vehicles that are financed. If a customer is late on a payment or stops paying. they can locate the vehicle and disable itl, for REPO
They are also installed in fleet vehicles to locate stolen ones.
