2020 Rogue "Jerking" at Low Speed
Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone who has a 2nd generation Rogue 2014-2020, specifically a 2020 Rogue has experienced/noticed the following issues. when I am slowing down for a red light, or stop sign, for example. at around 20km/hr (about 10 MPH), I can feel a "jerk" (90% of the time) with or without my foot on the brake. it feels like the CVT is "shifting" from 2nd gear to 1st. Also, once awhile when I accelerate from a complete stop (usually low speed situations like in a parking lot), as it passes, again, 20 km/hr I can feel a "jerk" from the CVT. my guess is Nissan calibrated the CVT to mimic traditional torque converter automatic transmission (which is silly), and didn't do a very good job. If no one had experienced/noticed these issues before, would you please try and see if you would notice them, now that you have seen my post?
Thank you.
Rick
