Ok, Guys I bought a 93 Sentra yesterday.

I haven't yet fully explored the car yet, but I do know it's the 1.6L

Now, I was wondering if it is possible for me to replace the stock gauge possible with another one. Preferably one with a Tach, and something i can get a Facing kit for to help change it from the stock bland color

If this is possible, hopefully if someone knows of some model numbers that can help me.

your better off getting a aftermarket, its easier, but to answer your question yes you can but you have to splice wire and everything
