2001 Sentra Xe Weird Noise

I have a 01 sentra xe and everytime I go in reserve and crank the wheel 100% left or right I hear a weird noise, .. any ideas?

if its a hissing noise you just might be overloading your power steering pump but can you be a bit more specific on the noise and where its coming from.
