Nissan SentraThe Sentra has grown to be one of the most popular cars ni the sport compact market with its powerful 4 cylinder engine and spacious interior.
Why does this 2.0 Sentra AT have a plastic intake manifold connected to an adapter that meets to the cylinder head? Is it for ease removal of intake manifold to service the plugs and ignition coils? I can't seem to find the gasket for the "adapter" piece to cylinder head.
does it use the same rubber gasket that's in place between the plastic manifold and metal adapter?
picture below for reference is the adapter in between the plastic manifold and cylinder head. Thank you!
