Default 2011 Sentra loses power at high speeds

When I drive in the interstate, at interstate speeds, my 2011 base Sentra runs fine, except that, after maybe 30 to 45 minutes of such driving, if I have to slow down for any reason, it loses power and will not speed back up much above whatever the speed I slowed down to was. This has gone on for a long time. The only code ever showing is for Mass Air Flow Sensor. I cleaned it and then changed it. Changing it seemed to correct the problem for a while. (I don't often drive in the interstate for 30 to 45 minutes, so it takes a while to ever see if it is corrected). But it then goes back to the same old problem. This can be dangerous when in traffic going 75 MPH and I can barely make it to 45 MPH.
Any ideas?

My 2011 Sentra started to lose power randomly a few years ago, but it only happens after I'm stopped at a stop sign or red light...
