Default Engine Swap

I have an 03 SE-R Spec-V with a blown engine [:@]. I was just wondering what engine is easier to swap to: SR20DET (S13), SR20DET (GTiR), or RB25DET? Is there any good websites that sell these engines for a resonable price? Does anyone know of a better engine to swap? Thanks in advance.

The only one of those motors you can use is the SR20DET GTi-R. the only problem for you there is you need to get an sr20de FWD trans, probs from a G20, an ecu and wiring harness from the same and some other parts on top of that. motor mounts are probably different too. i have a 2000 sentra se, comes with sr20de stock so swapping to the gti-r sr20det isnt hard for me

What about the VG30DE-TT? I was looking at the JDM engines that come from Japan. Is there an engine i can swap to to get more power than the QR25DE I had in it before? I need one that is easy to install. How hard is it to change it from FWD to RWD or AWD? How easy are these engines going to fit? am i going to have to remove A LOT of things under the hood? How about the SR20DET (BlueBird)?

VG30DE-TT = RWD .... SR20DET BLUEBIRD = RWD SR20DET GTIR= AWD..... it's like pryde300zxsaid... the easiest way would be to get a SR20DET and then get a FWD tranny ..... but you would also need the other stuff he listed plus some more. Why don't you want to get another QR25 ? ..... they are nice motors and provides a decent foundation to build on... and plus I sell them for $2000.

I guess I just want to try something different for myself. Would I be able to use the tranny of my 03 Spec-V (6-Speed)?

GTiR can be swapped in to a b15 with a fwd transmission.. and new motor mounts, axles, wiring harness, crossmember, linkage, etc...they also do make bluebird fwd SR20DE-T's, but lol you cant put a RB25 in a b15... 2,000$ for a QR25 is way over priced, maybe brand new would be a good deal but used that way over priced.

Check out JGYcustoms.com for some motors.

A QR25DE tranny will bolt directly to a SR motor ? .... and that price I mentioned above is for new.
