Car 2004 Spec v with 70k? is that bad millage on the car? what should i be looking for etc

Upgrades- Full Megan Racing Exhaust system header-back with a turbo style performance exhaust done by my local exhaust place (Lou's customer exhaust) 2.25 all the piping (sound really deep and Clean NON-RICE) Deff. Megan Racing makes an real good header down and mid pipe for this car. The axel back is a no go tho sounds really tinny and BAD.
AEM CIT ( and ? about that do you guys think there is a big difference in a 50 dollar cold air intake on ebay towards a AEM or injen cit)

OK what i need help on...

I just instated a full exhaust on my 2004 Spec V from Megan Racing, header all the way back. I am throwing a CEL After re setting it a few times. I read a few post about relocating the the down flow o2 senors father back etc. I was just wondering the proper way to do it and stop throwing the stupid code.. i would like some help there if possible thanks.

Next. I was wondering what else i could do to get a little more horse till spring until ido a TURBO project.

If you can make an suggestions that could help me out i will take them Thanks for your time
