how do u clean urperformance filter?got my car wit one and i kno if its dirty it gon slow down engine perfomance and i wamma clean it the right way

 

OK, I only know this cuz I just did mine....I have a K&N Filter....I went to the parts store bought a K&N Recharger kit about $15 and followed the directions. It involed spraying the filter waiting 10 mins then rinse and wait to dry then spray with the oil and wait 20 mins and reapply until red all the way through the filter. Look online for your manufacturer for directions on how to clean yours.
