Hello all,

I have a 2019 Sentra (basic model). Yesterday in the Boston area, we had ice and snow conditions. I have a small hill to get to my home.
Made it halfway up the hill and basically the engine slowed down to nothing. I turned off the traction control. Indicator light says its off. Tried up the hill again. Same thing, the engine slows down to nothing.
Is there any way to disable the traction control totally for emergencies like this? I just needed a little more acceleration. Seems like this car has sensors that detect slipping and it reduces the engine speed.
