Default Need Help with '95 Sentra GXE

I don't really know too much about Nissans. I currently own a '93 Chevy S10 Blazer but I'm looking to get another car. I'm not sure if I want to trade it in or just keep it.

But I currently saw a 1995 Nissan Sentra GXE with about 122K. The car has a new muffler, New front axle boots, New Serpentine belts basically new tires. But The airco is broken. He's asking around 1300.

I basically wanted to know if there are any problems or things that should have been replaced by now on this make and model of a car. Or any other questions I should ask. Thanks

ask if its had its timing chain replaced and check to see if it has an oil leak around the crank pulley cause the 1.6L cranks seal usaully goes bad around 115k miles and the rear stock oem struts like to leak around 100k but for that price you cant really complain but check those items out and you can probably talk him down. my 97 sentra has 121k miles and i just got done replacing the crank seal the axle boots inner and outer, the lower control arms and front and rear struts, and its still runing better then some of the cars i work on with 50k miles on them. but to let you know if that gxe has an automatic it lack alot of power. if i were you i would look for a 200sx SER with the sr20de already in it. but if your not for performance go for it.
