Default new guy with a sentra nx 2000

Hey

So I'm brand spanking new to this forum, well any forum for that matter.
I own a 1991 Nissan Sentra 2000nx. Its my pride & joy. Its cherry red with t - tops. So far I have put a JVC CD deck, 1000 watt kenwood amp, 10" sony subwoofer (not installed yet) & 4 small JVC speakers.
Recently I have started to clean parts under my hood, I've been sanding & polishing my manifold cover (I think thats whats its called).

Anyone who has some words of wisdom, thoughts & ideas on helping me make this my dream car please let me know.

Talk to you all soon
Chris

Default RE: new guy with a sentra nx 2000

well if you have a nx2000 the engine should be the sr20de usdm and its a great platform of an engine and has alot of potential. if your engine has high mileage on it, you can do an bluebird jdm sr20det swap and have no problem everthing should plug right in the only difference in the engine is that you would have a turbo and your new base horse power would be around 205hp-220hp instead of the measly 145hp on your naturally asperated sr20de. you can find jdm motors for pretty reasonable prices, check out www.jgycustoms.com. well good luck with your car.
