2001 Nissan Sentra SE 2.0L

The past 2 weeks every time I fill up or even just put 10$ in the car, I go to start it and it takes 2 to 3 times of turning the key to get it to start, it's almost as if it's flooding. I have to put my foot on the gas pedal to almost "grab" the turn over. and then it starts. and continues to start fine after that, until I have to refuel.. Anyone have a clue? I have heard things like it may be the fuel filter or pressure in the tank... The car has also been giving off a rotten egg smell when I accelerate fast. That started before the car started with the trouble after refuel.

Also.. if I try to refuel leaving the car run.. it dies soon as gas hits the tank. What sort of fuel problem is this? filter.. pump.. ?

sounds very common but still hard to figure out what's wrong with it...
