Default SparkPlugTubeSeal replacement in Valve Cover?

I am replacing my Valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals on a 1995 1.6 engine (200sx se)
I have found a fiberglass panel covering the seals. How do I remove it without damaging it. I don't see any fasteners, do I pry it out and how?

The O-ring seals are bad? you can take a coat hanger and bend it till it breaks then use the hanger to fish them out of the valve cover.

Well, they are not leaking at this time so I beleive I will hold off.
I do need to know how in case they do start leaking.
The new ones came with the new cover gasket. Have you done that before? I don't see anyway that will work to install the new ones.
The new ones have a large shoulder.

Thanks,
Pete
