You can run low boost in stock internals. Most important things in a turbo car are air/fuel ratio and boost. Im not sure what the compression ratio is on a 2.5L i do know they have a higher stroke than bore giving them good low end. High boost on high compression motors = boom!
They sell the basically everything you need besides a way to control the air/fuel mixture. I dont know alot about the QR25 nor the aftermarket support for them but try JWT (for a reflashed ecu) or if you got alot of time that you wanna waste then get a SAFC.

i found a turbonetics kit and they say it will run safe on my stock engine at 8 psi, and i kno a dude that works at nissan that says it will be fune but should i trust them??

its basically a base map for your ECU. Not sure if JWT makes a ecu for the QR25, you'll have to call and see what they have.
And a SAFC -
is a super air fuel controller. With a more air that the turbo is forcing you need more fuel. Youll need bigger injectors and with bigger injectors you need to send more fuel to your motor, a SAFC will allow you to do so, with tuning and programing.
