VG30 swap

What's up everyone? I recently bought a 02 Spec V, Iâ€™m also getting a VG30 engine free of charge. This engine is from a 1990 Naturally Aspirated 300ZX, can this engine fit in my engine bay with no problems, and would it bolt to my stock tyranny? Has anyone ever done this before?
