my bro fawked up my low pro jack and it begins to go up halfway from a full stroke of the bar. still works i should say, just not as well anymore. so anyone ever have to turn in their craftsman tool(s) to sears to use the warranty? i would like to take mine in for a fix if possible fellas, thanks...
