2001 Frontier with a massive squeal coming from my engine. I replaced all three belts and the idler pulley bearing. It still squeals. What's up?

I had a massive squeal coming from my 2002 Frontier as well and had all the belts replaced even though I had them replaced only 30k miles earlier. Well......$900 later and I had a new dryer unit and AC compressor. Fortunately it is the only problem I have ever had with the truck and I'm at 90,000 miles.
