want a new paint job..any suggestions? (MASS)
Hey everyone...
I just got an '03 Maxima SE and its navy blue. It looks like there is acid rain or something on the hood and a few scratches ( dark colors have their downfalls!) so I wanted to get a paint job done. I dunno if I should get the whole car re-done with flake paint or just stick with a new clear coat for now. I got it detailed last week to see if it would help but it really didn't do much so kinda a waste of $100. I live in Mass. so any suggestions would be great!

a good body man could repaint your hood and touch up the scratches so youll never know they were there. however, good luck finding a good body man who wont mess you over. ive seen some complete new paint jobs that didnt look as good as they paint they covered up.around here a quality paint job would prob run around 2000$. let us know what you decide and how much it costs yu.

Maaco (in florida, i dont know if any are in MA) charges $1200 for fullbody + under the hood + trunk + door jams.
Maaco is a great company, paint jobs come with up to 5 years warranty.
