hello can some one give me some idea
on how to time up the engine i have the paper work but its not that clear

i know you put the crank goes on the second mark on the lower pulley but on the top sprocket its not very clear of where to have the mark on the top chain sprocket
is it level with the head or does the key way go at 12 o'clock

also is the timing chain tensioner suppose to be able to move in and out

your timing chain tensioner is deffinitely not suppose to be able to move. and the camshaft timing marks are suppose to be level with the head. if you can look online and try to purchase a repair manual, they are amazing. good luck.
