2003 altima blows HOT air

2003 altima blows hot air after initial start, about 10 degrees hotter than outside air. Have in to service 3 X with no resolution. Anybody have similar problem? [:@]

Changed climate control panel last year. Problem
still exist. Can u recommend or dx problem? a/c &
heater are fine.
