No hot air comming out of heater

Hi i have a Nissan SerenaN reg import automatic deseil
Can anyone help the heater works but only blows cold air took the thermal stack out and tested it and it seems ok can anyone help thanks Paul

U could have a bad Blend air door. You probably have to take the dash off to get to it. It is part of ur a/c box deal lol.
