Any tips? The light is flashing on my 2003 Nissan Xterra. I took it to a shop & put it on the machine & no luck of where to look?

 

WARNING
you do not want to mess with air bags if you dont know what your doing cause you have to treat them as if there a ticking time bomb. just take it to the nissan dealer and they can diagnose it for you.

 

the airbag system has its own ecu - which is logging all faults / or each time one air bag was disconnected etc, if this is the case it needs to be simply cleared with a hand held consult checker (dealer only) or the system may have a fault - dont mess with it - go to the dealer and get the consult checker to diagnose the fault.. remember airbags use pyrotechnics to deploy.. or in simple terms - gunpowder..
