[ 1986 Nissan 200SX 5-speed My mother bought this car new and really likes it. It has given us clutch problems for some time during which we replaced the hydrolic upper and lower slave cylinders,clutch, clutch disc,throw out bearing evan the arm for the release on the tranny. This was alll done just a year ago and at the time it was done it just barely allowed the full release of the clutch to shift. Now she can't evan shift into first from standstill without the gear grinding. The clutch won't release all the way. [:@]

I was hoping someone here may have experianced this sort of problem and know of a fix or remedy or maybe there was a recall from Nissan to fix this clutch problem some years ago that she has missed. Possibly a different type arm on the transmission, I don't really know at all and this has been a major issue with this car for a long time. If any of you have any info on the early 1986 Nissan
200SX Manual Clutch problems or fixes, it would be very helpful and appreciated. She feels this will be her last car and she just doesn't want to get rid of it. We have check everything (we think) and hoping another driver may have had similair problems and offer their kind words of wisdom (help) to keep mom's Nissan on the road. We are really at a lose as to what to do here. Thanks
