200SX tranny won't downshift
My recently purchased '97 200SX 1.6 automatic won't downshift when I step on the brake and the engine wants to stall. It acts as a manual trans. left in gear while stopping. I can shift into neutral while this happens and the stuttering goes away. I put it back in drive and everything seems fine. Can this be fixed with a linkage/cable adjustment or is it a more serious problem? Thanks
