Default S13.5

ok so i just talked to a guy who knows a pretty good bit about 240sx and he told me you can take a s13 and get a "conversion kit" for the front end a s13.5, does anyone have a link to a site that i can find this at? i really like the look of the s14 front end with the kuoki lights and all but i havent been able to find a s14 at a decentprice. i have found several s13 just not thrilled with the front end. I know you can also do the rear s13 kouki lights and they are suppose to be really bad. we intend on doing an engine swap on whatever we get and getting the front mount intercooler at the same time. any suggestions from anyone of good websites to look at? i am really interested in the s13.5 conversion. I have always been a sentra girl so the 240 stuff is new to me. We just got tired of trying to hunt down parts for a 93 sentra 1.6 and not being able to find any. any advise is very appreciated!!!!!

Well for the front end conversion (you're probably thinking a JDM conversion) you can find a full kit on ebay, ive looked for them myself actually

for the engine swap, check http://www.jspecautosports.com, theyve got decent priceing on everything and if there are extra parts you need theyll have them more than likely.

for the car.... theres a 93 (i believe) S13 for sale near Cleveland, OH for only $1500

IMHO.... go before show.... the s13.5 is hot no doubt, those are the 240's i love picking on... put all this cash in a car to dress it up... but slow as hell.. becuase thats a 300z tranny swap and a new driveshaft.. boost the car up to 600hp safely. it can be done fairly easy, but there is one thing you have to remember when doing that, its the whole front end of the car, and the front end width actually changes, you are going to have a 20mm difference from the front to the back which will make your car look unbelievable retarded unless you widebody the rear...imo.. 30 or 50mm depending on the tire set up in there rear... i went with a 50mm..i drove around with the s13 setup for awhile..just ground effects and sleepy eyes.. thats it.. and honestly that is clean. if i were you, (which im not) i would dump that 2k into the motor.. there is nothing in this world like eating a vets ***, or watching a stang spraying a 150 shot and still watching you walk all over his ***

I have a Silvia S15 front end conversion going on my LSX powered S13 now. The fenders never match the doors, so you have to spens some time making them fit.but you need the following

S14 Kouki Radiator support
S14 Tension rod brackets
S15 Fenders, Bumper, Hoods, and headlights
S15 Hood hinges or S14 hinges and only use the one bolt

Then you need to custom wire the headlamps.

Overall with all the parts the conversion runs about 1700 with no labor. And you gotta get creative with the fender edging to make them match the doors. But it is a nice non US look that many people dont have.
