Default clutch slip

okay here i go again,my 300tt has a few extras the i mention previously, stage 3chip,afc ll ,tune boost set at 17lbs.i had factory wheels on it and it usually slips in 3rd gear at full throttle and i would have to let up out of it.But now i have 18's on it and they are alot heavier than the stocks and now slips in second & 3rd at full throttle,so i assume it's time for me to step up to a stage 3 clutch i assume,am i right/what's the best one for my bucks,my funs are tight.also do i need to get it retuned with the larger wheels,i don't race it just like playing around with it alot.
