Hi,

I just bought a 2008 Nissan Altima from a Nissan dealer and the same night I noticed a noise coming from my rear tires. The tires ended up being very choppy and need to be replaced. The dealer is telling me that there is sufficient tread on the tires so they are not entitled to change the tires instead they offered 25% off tires from them. Is this something that the dealer should replace or am I out of luck.

I think they are just doing some marketing strategy have you ask other dealer about it?
