Default Timing Chain

Anybody here ever replace the timing chain on their 1998 Altima? I'm looking for any advice you could give me (what parts were tricky, things to avoid, special tools...)

maybe the only special tool that you may need is an impact gun to take the crank bolt out. but you could alway rely on the tried and true method of breaker bar against the ground (may need the assistance of cheater pipe) and bump the starter. probably the only tricky part would be that sometimes the front cover dowels can build up rust, making the cover a little stubborn to come off.be sure to take all the front cover bolts out, even the ones at top. any particular question about the job? feel free to ask or email
