My 99 Frontier will not start if I go a liitle way in the mornings. If I let it run, it will start all day long, if I just drive it down the road and turn it off, it will not start, acts like it starving for fuel. I was told it was the Cold Start Valve, does anyone know about it, where it is located and how hard to replace. Thanks
