timing a 1999 Frontier 2.4L

I changed out the head gasket on my 1999 Frontier 2.4L. I had marked the cam sprockets, but my nephew came over and my wife had him clean up my tools and parts and he wiped the markings off. My book doen't show how to time the engine without having marked cam sprockets, what can I do. Please help
