It started that when I was on the freeway going a steady 80mph, the car would lurch and feel like it was slipping out of gear, so I'd engage the clutch slightly and the problem would go away, but then the problem started happening in 2nd and 3rd gear. I'm pretty sure that it's not my driving being horrible and I'm hoping that it's just a belt and not a clutch problem. Anyone have any ideas?

 

From my knowledge, all I can tell you is that it is deffinitely not your clutch.

 

Define "lurch".....
