Anyone out there have an '05 or later Pathfinder with the premium sound sytem that has a factory subwoofer? Where is the subwoofer located? Any idea of the size of the speaker?

I have the basic 6 speaker soudn sytem and I am thinking about adding a sub. Trying to maintain the "factory" look and I dont want to take up any storage space with a sub box.

To add the factory sub you would need to buy the whole upgraded sound package... which from a dealership is going to be ridiculous... (unless you take it to an audio shop and tell them to make it work) not sure on the size of the sub... it's build into a funny shaped box located in the rear cargo area on the drivers side.

 

Thanks for the input but I dont want to add the factory sub. If I do add a sub, I am going to do something aftermarket. I am just curious about the space of where the factory sub is.
