TPF, I rang my dealer, the Nissan cover, shown in my photo on page 4 of this post, is £130 inc tax, that's about £116 pre tax which should be possible because it would be an export (about $228 at today's exchange rate) . This doen't solve how you would mount it without the UK sidepanels though, unless you were going to have something made up. They are in stock for next day delivery anywhere in the UK.
