No click, no nothing.
Battery measures 12.7V.
Starter motor tested good at auto parts store.
Any and all suggestions appreciated.

 

Looks like your starter is not getting any juice from the battery. Re-check you cables again and clean the terminals. Is there anything else that you disconnected? If there is, make sure to re-connect them. Good Luck.

 

Possibly a solenoid. If all your connections are good it is time to look at the parts that would activate the starters operation. Ignition switch, solenoid, relays,etc. Unfortunately I am totally unfamiliar with your vehicle. What year is it? If it is old enough you may be able to do the old screwdriver bypass(bridging the posts on the solenoid) Do your accessories come on when you turn the key to on position?
