I have a 2012 Sentra that had to have the converter replaced. There is still an exhaust leak and I pulled it back down and replaced the gaskets again. Now it still leaks and I'm not sure why. I have tightened the mounting bolts but didn't have the torque specs, but they only tighten so far anyways.

I purchased the converter from NAPA, and it is supposed to be OEM fit. I have since purchased the gaskets from Nissan Parts Online so I will do this again. Before i do i am going to smoke the leak out to see if maybe the manifold is what is leaking.

Does anyone know the torque of the converter to manifold bolts? Also, should the manifold be tightened first then the 2 pipe bolts downstream? That's how i did it but just want to be sure. I just do not know why it keeps leaking.
