Default 96 Nissan Ser Need Help

Can some one please tell me the best motor to put into my 2dr nissan sentra would it be the maxiama motor 3.5 or pimp out the 2.0 thanks

SR20DE = 2.0L

nothing else unless its a DE-T. The 3.5 is to hard of a swap in the B14 chassis.

thanks for the help. I thought that the sr20de-t motor was a turbod motor. and how much power can you realy get out of one of those

I have seen one person make over a 1000hp. But most people make 250-375hp

Holy **** was that motor stable at that kind of power bc i have friends that have hondas at 500+ horse power and they tend to destroy motors or there cv shafts

You can get 250hp very easily on a SR20 on stock boost which is around 8psi with minor mods. Hondas are known for breaken CV shafts. Run b13 axles i hear there stronger than b14 axles.

All cars that come stock with no torque are gonna break stock CV's easy.....they just aren't built to handle it... nor is a stock 100hp car going to handle 500hp without building the hell out of the motor. Honda's weren't meant to be turbo'd..... but the SR20 motor was, just like 2dr_Sentra said .... 8psi on a basically stock SR20 will make low to mid 200's.
