LOL yea idont have a/c in my RB 240sx cause i didnt want to bother with the hassle of it when i did my swap. i roll with the windows down anyways lol. let us know how it goes.

 

In order to remove that you need to disconnect the 2 lines running through the firewall and all the screws under the dash holding it in, and pull it straight back towards you. I just did mine in my Sentra XE when i removed the A/C

I have the two rubber hoses disconnected. Did you have to pull the dash to get the heater core out? Can you give me the steps you took? What size wrench to get the big line off?

No you dont have to pull the dash. And i just used an adjustable wrench for the lines.. the small line is a 17 or 19 but im not sure. its kind of tuff to pull the heater core out but you just got to grab it (make sure all the hardware is off and the lines are disconnected) and pull it back.

 

u can also bypass the heater core.

 

what does the nissan repair manual says?You know you can't just guess which.its better to make it step by step.

 

it would of helped but since he didnt have one he just asked on this forum and i believe he figured it out. its pretty basic just time consuming.
