ok well i havehad a few different tuners and all the cai and headers have done the same. yes AEM has the bypass so thats a + for them. a header is pretty much a header xcept the whole turbo kit thing. and i used to work for orielly auto parts andi can say buy directly from AEM. auto parts store will have a mark up. best thing for u to do is buy the bypass and get a make ur own cai kit. now header wise dc sports is a pretty reliable brand.

ok now my only problem is $$... i was lookin on the aem website and its about $317 not including the extra $50 for the bypass valve... from what ive heard aem is good, but whats the difference from a nismo? I found a nismo for $240 with a bypass http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...catalogid=4715

worth it? or just a dumb move?

personally id just spend the little extra on the AEM, theyre known to be great intakes and i know for a fact that their bypass works good (seen people get water in them and have them be alright) but the NISMO one isnt gonna be the same bypass valve cause AEMs patented that one. its really up to you, id go AEM though
