Need help... 06 Sentra 1.8S: AC drip/water on passenger side
Hey all,
I drive an 06 Sentra 1.8S Special edition. A couple of months ago I noticed that while parking or making sharp/tight turns, there would be a line of water on my front passenger side floor mat. It wasn't a puddle or excessive amount, but looked like a stream of water came out of somewhere and made a line on the floormat. It seemed quite random and I had originally dismissed the incidents as condensation from my AC, but now it happens in the colder months even without the AC turned on. Anyone have any idea what's going on?
Mike

It could still be condensation from your HVAC even though it has been colder out. Have you been using your defrost lately (it uses your AC)? I would check the cowl drain, but if I'm not mistaken, it drains in the same place that the AC condensation drains in a lot of newer vehicles. I don't know if that would be very accessible though. If your vehicle is still under waranty, I would just take it back to the dealer and let them worry about it.

Absolutely is water. I will take it to the dealer at the beginning of the year. Man, I hate spending time at dealership, it's alot more fun to roll up my sleaves and get under the car. Anyhow, thanks to everyone for your replies, if the dealership can figure out what the problem is, I'll post a reply to let everyone know what it was. Again thanks alot.
