Has anyone ever heard of swapping the qr25 in the Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V with a Skyline R33 RB25DET engine. Does anyone believe it logical. The complete engine swap kit is only 3 grand and the turbo kit for my engine is that much. The dependable hp on forced induction on my qr25 is only about 300 hp. The RB25det would be alot more dependable and can be very moded and can handle alot of hp. It would definitly be worth it to me if the custom installation wasn't to crazy.Please leave any info or theories. Thanks~Michael

 

I talked to a tech at RB motors. He said it could be done but not logical because i would have to do a rwd conversion, which i want anyway. He suggested getting a rwd then doing to engine swap. He could have gave me a price though.

 

thats a intense swap. if you got a deep pocket i'd say go for it.
