Air Conditioning Problem

I've noticed that my air conditioner does not work before 11am in the morning but when it gets really hot, 90-100 degrees it works fine. Does anyone have an idea on this?

I don't know much, but I do vaguely recognize the symptoms, how much freon do you have?

I haven't checked yet, It is probably a little low because even when the air works it is not super cold. Your probably right, I will have to check the level first.
