For those of you who have been here a while you might remember we used to do this during football season - once everyone is "in" we will make a list and you pick a partner to trade/bet with. When your team loses they get to choose your avatar for the next week!

It can be anything that's work-safe, and it was a lot of fun to see what people would pick for each other! You can make them sport YOUR team's colors, or find something totally hilarious and unrelated on the int0rwebz!
